Chicken Riggies are bite sized portions of chicken breast served with rigatoni, romano cheese, sweet and hot peppers, and onions in a hot and spicy pink white wine sauce. Utica Greens, also known as Greens Georgio, is made with chopped escarole, cherry peppers, fresh prosciutto, and a mix of oregano, bread crumbs and grated cheese.
